Wallace Arthur

Wallace Arthur age 79, passed away on November 18,2025 at his residence in Lexington, KY. He was born in Estill County, KY to Everett and Myrtle Arthur. He is survived by his beloved wife Carol Arthur and his children Angela Groves (Eric) Christi Faulkner, Rhonda Mccoy (Thomas), and David Faulkner; his brothers Earl (Delores), H.M "Hootie"(Diane), and Linville (Pam) Arthur, and several grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his siblings Geneva, Jearl, Fred, Cornelius, Frank, and Everett Arthur Jr. He retired from Square D where he worked for over 30 years. Wallace never met anyone he wouldn't talk to and never missed a University of Kentucky basketball game. He was always willing to help others and frequently mowed yards or delivered meals to those in need. An avid storyteller all his life he remembered every detail about people he met, his friends, and his family. May his memory be a blessing and his story live on in the many lives he touched.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 25th at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington KY at 12:00pm with pastor Mark Deakins officiating. Visitation will occur prior to funeral services from 10:00am-12:00pm. Burial will be at the Crowe cemetery in Estill County KY at 2:30pm.
