Wallace Berry Coon Jr, "Wally" (52), passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at St Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the husband of Michelle (Throssell) Coon. They shared almost 20 years together. Wally was born in Oklahoma City, OK on May 5, 1969, to Wallace B. Coon Sr. and Bessie K. (Wise) Coon. He was a member of the Seminole Nation Tribe of Oklahoma. He enjoyed spending time his family especially with his children. They were his pride and joy. Another thing he could always be found working on one project or another. Wally will be remembered for the good times he has brought everyone and the smiles he put on his family's face. While in his teens he moved to California. Stayed there for a bit then came back home to Oklahoma. He then moved to Kansas in 2001 where he met his wife, Michelle in March of 2003. They lived there for couple of years then moved to Oklahoma in 2008. Wally is survived by his wife, Michelle of McLoud, OK, and children, Desiree (Angel) of Manford OK, Angelina, Nokusvlke "Bear", and Alyssa all McLoud, OK. He is survived his father Wallace B. Coon Sr. of Wewoka, OK; sisters Valerie Coon of Tulsa OK; Stephanie Shoopman (Brad) of Piedmont OK; Nancy Coon of Shawnee OK; Jennifer Lena of Oklahoma City, OK; Molli Coon of Tecumseh, OK; Jami Russell (Bart) of Blanchard OK; Candace Miner (Cliff) of Yukon OK; Laura Coon of Oklahoma City, OK, and brothers Simon Coon of Wewoka OK; Benji Coon (Donna) of Sapulpa, OK. And survived by many nieces and nephews. Wally had different occupations through out his life. If given the chance he would show what he could do. His most recent place employment at was Dollar General. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie. A wake service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 5 - 8 P.M. at the John Ireland Funeral Home, 120 S Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. His funeral services will be held the next day, January 13, 2022, at 10 A.M. at Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Oklahoma. Memorial donations would be appreciated to help out with the Wallys children future education may be made to Michelle.
