Born in Jersey City, NJ, he spent his early years in East Newark and Kearny before marrying and moving to Belleville
Wally worked for Worthington Pump Corporation in Harrison, NJ in the Shipping and Receiving Department for 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his wife Marilyn, and sister Anna
Survived by his twin sister Elaine Ballard of Stanhope NJ, his brothers; Raymond of Bud Lake, NJ and Charles of Robbinsville, NJ. Memorial Gathering will be held Sunday, November 23, 2025 12noon until the 2pm Service at The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145. St,. Catherine Blvd.. Toms River, NJ Condolences may be sent by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com
