Walter Dreyer Obituary
Walter is survived by his cherished life-partner, Paulette Hampshire Wolz, who he frequently referred to as his lady, his mate, and the love of his life; his honorary son, Scott Hampshire (Cherie); granddaughter, Carrie Hampshire; several cousins, and many friends.
Walter was preceded in death by his parents, Walter J. Dreyer, Sr. and Annette Dreyer; his brother Rodger Dreyer, and his son, Walter J. Dreyer III.
In recent years, declining health kept Walt and Paulette from riding their vintage Gold Wing motorcycle and from travelling with their camper, but Walt still enjoyed meeting with friends for dinner in a restaurant, and a good game of cards or Mexican Train Dominoes.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376.
Walt was not a fancy, style-setting kind of guy, preferring cargo pocket pants and sweatshirts, and always enjoyed a casual get-together. Please feel free to wear jeans and sneakers.

Walt was a very good friend for many years. We met on the CB radio. To bad we had to lose touch but I always thought about him.
