Joe liked guns, photography, remote control cars, he was an instructor on concealed carry, and a Jeep off-road enthusiast. He loved his family more than anything, especially his grandchildren and kids.
He is survived by his wife; Becky Eccles of the home in Portales, NM, stepdaughter; Brittany Delk (Shawn) of El Paso, TX, two sons; JT Eccles of the home in Portales, NM and Patrick Eccles (Marion) of Las Vegas, NV, two daughters; Kasandra Eccles (Leonel) of Las Vegas, NV, and Esta Huff (Bradley) of Clovis, NM, brother; Chris Eccles (Carrie) of Greer, SC, ex-wife; Tammy Eccles of Las Vegas, NV, and five grandchildren; Eli Delk, Raelynn Delk, Gabriel Huff, Jayne Huff, and Grayson Huff.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents; Walter Jospeh Eccles I and Nora Poston; Stepfather, Tony Poston; and grandson, Lane Delk.
