Walter Grajewski Obituary

Walter J. Grajewski, 79, of New Britain, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Diane (Collin) Grajewski. Born in New Britain, son of the late Anthony and Claudia (Mackovich) Grajewski, he was a lifelong resident and a parishioner of St. Jerome Church. Walter enjoyed golfing and enjoyed 50's music. Along with his wife, he leaves his son Anthony Grajewski and his partner Bobby Sue of New Britain, his stepson Sean Beaulieu and his wife Krissy of Milford, his stepdaughter Tammy Bonet and her husband Harry of Tampa, FL, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He also leaves his sister Sandra Picard and her husband Adrien of Meriden. He was predeceased by his son Scott Grajewski. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, September 7th, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain. His funeral service will begin on Friday, Sept. 8th with a eulogy at 9:00 a.m. at Burritt Hill, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jerome Church, 1010 Slater Rd., New Britain. He will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
