Walter Marell Williams, 75, a resident of Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away, November 7, 2024.
He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi, on May 21, 1949, to Charles Williams Jr. and Florence Hart Williams.
Walter attended the Biloxi Schools System and Job Corps shortly after. He was married to Brenda Ann Williams on February 12, 2006.
Walter lived a fun, wild, and what some would call a dangerous life. He rode motorcycles, danced like Michael Jackson, and wore flashy jewelry, and one green jacket. You could find him telling stories and making others laugh. He worked many years for Deviney Construction.
Walter M. Williams was preceded in death by his father, Charles Williams Jr., his mother, Florence Hart Williams, Two brother, Jimmy and Danny Williams and three sisters, Dorothy Morgan, Serena Stevens, and Edna Maxie. Walter M. Williams is survived by his wife, Brenda Williams; Three stepchildren, Brittany, Marcus, and Katrell; and four step-grandchildren; Two brothers and five sisters– Charles Williams III, Martha Jones, Ernestine Joseph, Hubert Williams, Shirley Brown, Geneva Reed, Tahirih Wells, and a host of other relatives and friends
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Greater Love Fellowship Baptist Church, at 11:00 am. Visitation will start at 10:00 am.
