Wanda Mae Bosier

Wanda Mae (Bloom) Bosier, loving wife, mother, sister, passed away at the age of 81, on Saturday November 30, 2024, at the Highland District Hospital. She was born on August 3, 1943, in Berrysville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Loraine (Gall) Bloom. Wanda was a faithful member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Wilmington. A woman of many talents, Wanda's passion for cooking and baking was evident in her delicious meals and pastries that brought joy to all who tasted them. She turned her kitchen into a place of warmth and gathering, where family bonds were nurtured, and memories were created. Described best as a loving mother, Wanda's heart was her family. Her dedication and love extended beyond her children to her grandchildren, to whom she was a beacon of care and support. Her loving nurture was not only limited to her immediate family, but it was also extended to all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Wanda is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gordon Bosier Jr. of Sabina; her four children, Gordon (Johnie Mynar) Bosier Jr. II of Sabina, Patrick (Sherry) Bosier of Sabina, Kenneth (Theresa) Bosier of Missouri, and Philip Bosier of Wilmington; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; three brothers, Robert (Jody) Bloom, Ernest Bloom, Darius Bloom and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Bloom McClannahan, and a brother, Daryl Bloom. Celebration of Wanda's life will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday December 13, 2024, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Wilmington,1920 St. Rd. 22 West, Wilmington, OH 45177. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
