WANDA BRYANT
Reagan, TN: Wanda Gean Smith Bryant, age 51 passed away January 6, 2024, at her home.
She was born June 3, 1972, in Jackson and grew up in Finger, the daughter of David Leon Smith and Wanda Faye Smith Williams. She attended school in McNairy County. She married Danny Bryant in 1987 and they lived in Red Banks, MS and Reagan, TN.
She worked for Murray Guard for a few years and Garner Automotive in Lexington.
She loved her “Big Family” and adored her grandbabies.
She was a member of By The Master’s Hand Church.
Mrs. Bryant is survived by her husband, Danny Ray Bryant of Reagan, her father, David Leon Smith (Marilyn) of Finger and her mother, Wanda Faye Smith Williams (Robert) of Finger; two sons, Danny Ray Bryant, Jr. (Courtney) of Enville and Steven Phillip Bryant of Toone; two daughters, Malinda Gail Phillips (T.W.) of Medon and Shyan Renae Smith (James) of Toone; ten grandchildren; three brothers, Michael Smith of Bethel Springs, Billy Joe Williams of Bethel Springs and Bobby Williams of Bethel Springs and two sisters, Joy Weathers of Jackson and Becky Wilson of Lexington.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 10th at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Bishop Douglas Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Bailey Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday.
There will be a reception following the committal at, By The Master’s Hand Church.
