Wanda Fay (Funk) Clark, 89, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at her home in Carrollton, MO with her family by her side. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick, MO. Mark Schuchmann will officiate the service. A visitation will precede the service at the funeral home from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in DeWitt, MO.

Wanda was born on June 4, 1936 in Carroll County, MO, the daughter of Ray and Euna (Vinyard) Funk. Wanda was united in marriage to the love of her life, Bill Clark, on October 22, 1951 in Carrollton, MO. Together they were blessed with six daughters, Patricia, Barbara, Kathy, Sherry, Tina, and Elizabeth. After 62 years of marriage, Bill preceded Wanda in passing on December 24, 2013.

Wanda worked for Banquet Foods for 13 years until they closed, then worked for Carrollton Specialties, and finished her career working at the Guardian Angels daycare center until her retirement in 1998. Wanda loved spending time with her family, gardening, painting, sewing, tending her flowers, and being outdoors.

Wanda is survived by her six daughters, Patricia Miller and her husband Garland of Carrollton, MO, Barbara King and her husband Richard of Bartlesville, OK, and Kathy Clark, Sherry Kilburn and her husband Fred, Tina Martin, Elizabeth Hughes and her husband Larry, all of Carrollton, MO; one sister, Darlene Cowick of Carrollton, MO; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren, including one special grandson who was like the son she never had, Carter; twelve great-greatgrandchildren; five step great-greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Euna; her beloved husband, Bill; one son-in-law, Vern Dale Martin; four brothers, Darrell, Larry, Jerry, and Francis Funk; and two sisters, Anna Funk and June McDowell.

Pallbearers will be Carter German, Michael Courtney, Kody Kemble, Jeffrey Beck, William Kilburn, and Dillon Harris. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Link, Larry Hughes, Buddy Kilburn, Mark German, Justin Charlton, and Ryan Miller.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or HELP Service Cancer Fund of Carroll County. Donations may be left at or mailed to Breshears Memorial Chapel, 207 W. Broadway, Brunswick, MO 65236.
