Wanda J. DePue

Wanda J. DePue, 83, of Hallstead, PA was called home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband and best friend, of 58 years, Ralph DePue; her children, Annette Riecke, Michael (Judy) Gentile, Anthony (Deana) Gentile, Julie (Rich) Vinci, and Jodi (Jay) Hope; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; a sister, Norine Jenner; and several nieces and nephews. Wanda was predeceased by her parents, six siblings; and by her son-in-law, Ron Riecke.

Wanda's passion in life was children. She devoted herself to their care, both in raising her children, grandchildren, and most of children local to her and associated with the church throughout her life. She always had a sincere kindness, a warm smile, and sweet calm laugh for everyone. Wanda had compassion for animals in need of care. She was a member of the Community Methodist Church, Great Bend, PA. Wanda had a strong faith and consistent prayer life. Wanda and Ralph enjoyed playing board games and cards with family and friends. They were always up to a nice drive, exploring new places and dining experiences. She spent the more recent years, attending and supporting her grandchildren's activities and events. Wanda will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

At her request, there will be no public services.
