Keith Depue

Keith Depue, 75, McArthur, passed away at his residence Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
Born February 8, 1950, at home in Vinton County, the son of the late Harold and Redith Perry Depue.
He worked and retired from General Mills with 50 plus years' service. Never met a
stranger, loved hunting, fishing and just the outdoors. He also loved going to Good Will-
finding all the bargains. Jan. 13, 1980, he married Judith Coffey Depue.
He is survived by children Melissa Depue, Brian (Dawn) Depue, stepchildren Rhonda Peoples,
Tonda Peoples, Beldan (Joyce) Peoples; grandkids Adriania (Brian) Prater, Tessa (Kyle) Prater,
Ryan (Victoria) Prater, Dena, Lucas, Jesse Depue, Dakota Owings, Cody (Kristen) Depue,
Tammy (Donald) Dickerson, Kyle Plummer, Doug Peoples, Christen (Troy) Brown, James,
Patrick and Casey Peoples; 22 Great-grandkids, he had an everlasting bond with
Treyton, and Emsley Smith and Kyson and Alaylah Linton; also, siblings Sharon (Melvin) Stone,
Darlene Stacey, and Beulah (Larry) Carpenter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Judith Depue, a son Chad
Owings, stepson Marvin Peoples, grandchildren Keith Longworth and Tiffany Depue; siblings
Marvin Depue, Ronnie Depue, Dennis Depue, and Debbie Johnson.
Visitation will be Saturday January 31, 2026, 2-4 PM at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home,
With Pastor Dave Peoples officiating.
