Wanda Marie McCoy Haisler, 97, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2023, in Houston, Texas. Graveside services will be 2 pm, Saturday, May 27, 2023, in San Marcos, Texas.
Wanda was born January 25, 1926, in Merkel, Texas to Floyd Lafayette McCoy and Mary Frances (Fanny) Thornton McCoy.
Wanda met and married Jerry Robert Haisler in San Marcos, Texas. They had three daughters: Jerrilyn, Kathy, and Rebecca.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Fanny McCoy, older brother, Douglas McCoy, great-granddaughter Natalie Hope Furlow, and her husband of 53 years, Jerry Haisler.
She is survived by her three daughters: Jerrilyn Woods and husband Chris, Kathy Haisler, and Rebecca Furlow; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Sue Scott; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
