Wanda was born to Charlie and Leala Barlow in Skytooth Oklahoma. Her family moved to California in 1957. She married George Koerner on March 7th, 1964. They were married 62 years. She followed George to Topeka Ks in December of 1992.
She is proceeded by her parents, her son Randy Cornell, her sisters Dean Girkin, Marlene Anderson, and her brother Richard Barlow.
She is survived by her husband George Koerner, daughter's Tammy (Eric) Mueller, Bernadine Koerner, Rhonda Koerner and her son Steven Koerner, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and granddaughter Nikki. She passed away holding her rosary and her husband's hand.
