Wanda Joyce Woods Moore, age 87, of Bowling Green, passed away, Monday, February 3, 2025, at Signature Health Care in Bowling Green. She was born in Sinking Creek, Kentucky on October 30, 1937, to the late Otis Woods and the B. Mae (Kirby) Woods. She was married to the late Donald Moore.
She is survived by her son, Danny Sturdivant (Teresa), of Columbus, Indiana; daughters, Deana Cardwell, of Park City and Melaine Hardin (Ralph), of Bowling Green; 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren; special cousin, Edith Parker; nieces, Connie Sturdivant Wells, Karen Sturdivant Johnson.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Donnie Sturdivant; sister, Carol Sturdivant; life partner, William Howard Sturdivant “Bob”.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, February 10th, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 9:30 AM until time for the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shiloh General Baptist Church.
