Wanda Stinson Pearson, 86, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026 at Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY. The Holland, KY native was a retired employee of Carter's Automotive and Sumitomo, former employee of Potter Brumfield, a former member of Scottsville Lion's Club and member of Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she was saved at the age of 10. She was a daughter of the late Cortez Stinson and Eula Mae Shockley Stinson and wife of the late Clarance Robert Pearson.

She is survived by 2 sons: David Pearson and wife, Michelle, Jasper, AL; Stacy Pearson and wife, Pam, Franklin, TN;

3 daughters: Darlene Tinsley and husband, Steve and Tammy Smith and husband, Jim, all of Scottsville, KY; Tracy Bowling and husband, Patrick New Haven, KY;

9 grandchildren: Lucas Tinsley (Kelli), Bro. Daniel Tinsley (Tara), Mary-Alice Ferrell (Luke), Jamie Smith, Hayden Pearson, Hadley Pearson, Anna Bowling, Olivia Bowling and Grant Bowling;

9 great grandchildren: Clay, Levi and Josie Tinsley; Cruz, Lily and Nora Kate Tinsley; Annie Ferrell; Emerson Rose and David Moody;

1 grandson-in-law: Nathaniel Hubert.

She was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter: Haley Pearson Hubert; 1 brother: Bro. Joe Tom Stinson and 2 sisters: Lavelle Land and Jean Napier.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Tinsley, David Pearson and Stacy Pearson officiating and burial in Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday and after 7:00 A.M. Monday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or The Haley Sue Foundation. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
