Wanda Eve Griffin Sam, 59, a native of Golden Meadow and Vivian, LA and resident of Church Point, LA crossed over into Glory on Thursday, January 23th, 2025.
Mrs. Wanda is survived by her husband of 18 years: Clifton Sam Jr.; children: Michael Danos (Laken), Britney Danos (Braeli); grandchildren: Blaire Danos, Lainey Danos, Bexley Danos; sister: Faye Griffin Bruce (Ivy); and canine companions: Johlia.
Mrs. Sam was preceded in death by her parents: Dudley and Earline L. Griffin; and sisters: Barbara Rogers Comer, Phylis Rogers Orgeron, and Debra Loupe Dunn; and canine companions: Trixie and Jolie.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Christian Family Center on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025 from 10:00 am until service time. A Celebration of Wanda’s Life will begin at 12 noon with procession following to her burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
