Wanda was born on June 9, 1959, in Richmond, Virginia, to Willis and Silvia Beverly. Wanda loved weekends at Cape Lookout, taking advantage of every opportunity to head to the beautiful shore. Her love for the outdoors was evident through her passions for fishing, hunting, and four-wheeling.

She specialized in canning vegetables and was known for her signature dishes, including a special macaroni salad and delicious spaghetti. Friends of Wanda often enjoyed her delicious cakes, a testament to her generous spirit.
Creativity flowed through Wanda's heart and hands; her favorite hobby was ceramics, where she expressed her artistic talents by crafting beautiful pieces. This creativity extended to her home, where she took pride in continuously making improvements and personal touches.
Above all, Wanda will be remembered as a loving mother and a wonderful friend to many. Her warmth and passion for life touched the hearts of those around her.
