Wanda Lee Wiggins, age 96, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Signature Healthcare-Ridgely.

She was born on August 8, 1929, in Yorkville, TN, to her late parents, Terry Freeman Walker and Mary Irene Yates Walker. Wanda was a retired employee of H.I.S. Corporation and a devoted member of Phillippy Baptist Church. She had a passion for gardening, flowers, sewing, and maintaining a clean house and neat yard. Wanda also enjoyed writing in her journal, capturing the moments of her life.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery.

The Wiggins Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 and from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, before the service all at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.

Survivors include her two daughters, Peggy Lovell (David) and Carolyn Hayes, all of Tiptonville, TN; two sons, Larry Wiggins of Bogota, TN and Edmond Wiggins, Jr. (Donna) of Ridgely, TN; two daughters-in-law, Judy Wiggins and Wilma Wiggins, both of Medina, TN; a step-brother, Jimmy Estes of Arizona; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Edmond "Pete" Wiggins; three sons, Bobby Wiggins, Roger Wiggins and Robert Steve Wiggins; and several brothers and sisters.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Wiggins, Jr., Roger D. Wiggins, Jr., Bradley Lovell, Lance Lovell, Nicky Hayes, Jr. and David Lovell.
