Wayne C. Allen

COLTON- Wayne C. Allen, age 58, of Colton, NY, but formerly of Edwards, passed away on March 13, 2024 at Canton-Potsdam Hospital with his daughters and his lifelong companion by his side.
There will be calling hours for Wayne at French Funeral Home in Edwards on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. His funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Reggie Curtis officiating. Wayne was born on November 15, 1965 in Rochester, NY to Leonard T. and Rosemary A. (O'Shea) Allen. He attended Knox Memorial Central School. He worked for Bach Enterprise in LeRoy where he assembled boxes. He worked at OWD in Tupper Lake, then he went to work as a cashier at P&C Foods in Canton for 16 years.
Wayne enjoyed coloring, collecting deer and Princess House Collectables. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is loved and will be missed by many.
Surviving is his mother, Rosemary; two daughters, Traci and Tiara Allen; a sister and brother-in-law, Tonya L. and Terry Clary; a brother and sister-in-law, Dell L. and Mary Allen; and three grandchildren, Lukas, Laiklyn and Oliver.
Wayne is predeceased by his father, Leonard Allen.
