Wayne Leslie Castleman

Mr. Wayne Castleman 74, of Estill Springs passed peacefully on Monday, November 21st, 2022 at his residence. He was born on February 16, 1948 in Bedford County to the late William and Ora Castleman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Emmett (Sylvia) Castleman.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Batesville Casket Company. He was a devoted member of Beans Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Huntland where he served as Deacon and on the trustee board. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Doris Castleman; daughter, Tiffany Taylor of Decherd, TN; two sons, Kent (Sara) Simmons of Columbia, TN and Quincy (Rosalee) Simmons of Kingston, TN; sister, Clara Castleman; brothers, Edward (Marie) Castleman and Jerry (Katie) Castleman; seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mr. Castleman will take place on Saturday, November 26, 2022 between 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. at Beans Creek Primitive Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Deacon Earstin Kinslow, officiating and Elder Q. O'Brien Wherry, eulogist.
Interment: Watson-North Memorial Park
