Wayne N. Holliday

Wayne Nickerson Holliday, 76, of Powell died on January 28, 2022. Son of the late Robert and Virginia Holliday, and beloved husband of wife, Suzanne; father of Gregory (Tameka), Jeffrey, and the late Rebecca; grandfather of Athena, Dylan, and Cammi; brother of the late Lewis (Carolyn) and Andrew, and uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Following his service in the Army Corps of Engineers, Wayne had a long career as a metallurgist at both Republic Steel and LTV Steel in Cleveland, and later served as the Executive Director of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing in Columbus. Wayne enjoyed running, gardening, fly fishing, singing, baseball, and most of all spending time with family and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 5 at 11:00 at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, Dublin, and will also be livestreamed online.
