Manmohan K. Sachdeva

With profound sadness, we share the passing of Mohan K. Sachdeva, a deeply loved husband, father, grandfather, and guiding presence, who passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

At the center of Mohan's life was his beloved wife, Neelam, his partner in every sense. Their life together was built on devotion, respect, and quiet strength. He was a constant source of love and reassurance to her, and their bond was one that grounded their entire family.

Mohan was a devoted father to his children, Ruchee and Bob, whom he loved fiercely and supported unconditionally. He took immense pride in the people they became and the lives they built. To his daughter-in-law, Mandi, he was not just family by marriage, but by heart-offering warmth, acceptance, and kindness that made her feel truly cherished.

His greatest joy in recent years was being Nana to his three grandchildren, IV, Sascha, and Gavin. They brought light and laughter into his life, and he delighted in watching them grow, always eager to encourage them, cheer them on, and share moments both big and small. His love for them was gentle, playful, and deeply felt.

Mohan was known for his kindness, humility, and steady presence. He had a way of making people feel seen and supported, often without needing many words. To many, he was a father figure, a mentor, and a trusted confidant, someone whose wisdom and calm reassurance left a lasting impression.

Throughout his life, Mohan faced significant health challenges with remarkable courage and grace, including a rare cancer and heart disease.
