Wayne was there for me as the perfect father figure. He showed me what it was to be a man, and to enjoy life. He taught me how to back up a truck with a trailer on it. He taught me how to hunt and hit a golf ball. He always welcomed me in his house and made me feel like a son. I will always be grateful for these moments.

RIP my friend. Wayne Shockley Sr. We were friends since forever....more than 40 years...I was maid of honor in ur wedding to Yvonne Shockley. I was a second mom to both ur kids, but mostly Nichole Shockley. She was literally glued to my hip. U were 1 of the best, sweetest men I knew, practically my whole life. U have no more pain. U are loved so much and will be deeply missed.
