Webster Moore Obituary
Webster O'Neal Moore, 66, known as "Webby", passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026 in Carteret County, NC.
He was a 1977 graduate of Garner NC Senior High. Webby was a retired Photogrammetric Geospatial Engineer with N.C. DOT in Raleigh, NC.
He is survived by his loving wife Joanne; his daughter, Amanda; her husband, Matthew; and his granddaughter, Ava; his mother, Annie Ruth; sister, Sharon; and brother, Chris.
The family truly appreciates all of the help, the kindness, and all of the many prayers from his family, friends and caretakers during his hard fought battle with lung disease.
At Webby's request, a private celebration of life will be held on a later date.
