Weldon Fulton, Jr, known to most as Bubba, age 71, of Blevins, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on November 6, 1953, in Prescott, Arkansas to Doc and Peggy Fulton.
Bubba spent his days as a cattle farmer. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, overseeing fish fries, and being surrounded by family and friends. He was a member of Marlbrook Baptist Church. His family described him as hard working, an excellent provider and protector, and a great dad whose favorite expression was "Do as I say, not as I do."
He was preceded in death by his parents Doc and Peggy Fulton, brother-in-law James Honeycutt, brother-in-law James Coleman, and great nephew Blake.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Sandy Fulton, daughter and son-in-law Tiffany and Quinn Hastings, daughter Melissa and partner Meagan, son and daughter-in-law Josh and Patricia Fulton, grandchildren Dylan (Brooke), Summer, Aidyn, Taylor, and great grandchildren Isabel and Sophie. Sisters Margaret Honeycutt, Alice (Gene) Coleman Steed, Elaine (Danny) Stone, brothers-in-law Tim (Sherry) Gregory and Mark (Pam) Gregory, many nieces and nephews and the greatest mother-in-law a guy could ever have, Jeanette Myrick.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Friendship Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Friendship Church with Lee Little and Rico McClenton officiating. Burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
Bubba requested that everyone dress casually and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to CARTI Cancer Center or Arkansas Children's Hospital.
