Welma was born October 25, 1961, in Chillicothe, Ohio, the daughter of the late Wendell Wilkie Cremeans and Virginia Mae (Gilbert) Cremeans.
She is survived by a daughter, Jeannie (Nathan Liming) Boggs; son, James Boggs; grandchildren, Haley, Blake, and Collin Liming; the joy her life great-grandchild, Reeanna Jean Liming; a sister, Charlotte (Ricky) DeLong; and two brothers, Carl (Chris) Cremeans and Robert (Lisa) Cremeans.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Bill Cremeans and Wink Cremeans.
Welma loved to fish, mushroom hunt, and cook. Her grandchildren and great-grandchild were the light of her life.
Calling hours will not be observed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements and under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
