Wendy Higgins Obituary
Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Michael Allen Whittemore, Sr.; grandmothers, Lula Bryson and Iris Whittemore; and uncle, Ernie Wooden.
Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Ray Higgins; mother, Carolyn Whittemore; daughters, Stacy Morrison Driver (Ricky), Amanda Boyd, Alicia (Harrison) Barnett, Morgan Thornton and Kelsey (Justin) Higgins; siblings, Allen (Wendy) Whittemore, Jr., William Whittemore, Corey Whittemore, Tiffany Kilgore, Alex Whittemore, Eugene Whittemore, Trey Whittemore and Debbie (Dean) Crouch; grandchildren, Katelyn, Cameron, Brianna, Jayden, Makenzi, Brentley, Harrison Ben, Tyler, Sarah and Briar; great-grandchildren, Hayes, Bronzlee and Kaison; uncle, Bill (Alawana) Hixson; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family will receive friends 12PM-8PM, CST, Saturday, March 7, 2026.
10AM-2PM, CST, Sunday, March 8, 2026
Funeral Service 2PM, CST, Sunday, March 8, 2026, in the funeral home chapel with special speaker Holli Dorough officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Olive Cemetery.
