Harold Higgins Obituary
Born November 11, 1944, in Painesville, Ohio, he was the beloved son of the late Joseph and Wilma Goddard Higgins.
He was also preceded in death by his son, Ronald Higgins; brother, James Higgins and sisters, Ella Mae Dawson and Naomi Ivory.
Harold was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he dedicated many years of hard work at Barmills Factory, where he eventually retired as a respected team leader.
Harold was a devoted father and grandfather who cherished the time he spent with his family. He will be deeply missed by his sons, Gary Higgins of Salineville and David Higgins of Pittsburgh; and by his grandchildren, Tiara, Jake, Hannah, and Gracie Higgins, who brought him great pride and joy.
In keeping with Harold's wishes, no services are planned at this time. Arrangements are in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
