Livestream of Funeral Service

Wendy Faye Ingram, age 49, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the North MS Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Forrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.

Wendy Faye was born on October 25, 1974 in Memphis, TN. She worked as a sales representative for Southern Beverage, and prior to that, she worked in the cafeteria at Pope School and at the New Beginning Daycare Center in Batesville. When Wendy was not working, she enjoyed riding motorcycles, crocheting, and watching TV, especially if it was the Food Network or true crime. She was also a member of the New Hope Church of God. Wendy's faith never wavered when she was diagnosed with liver cancer back in January. She showed strength and hope, which encouraged so many of her family members and friends. They will all truly miss Wendy's infectious smile and kind spirit.

The family she leaves behind includes her husband, Scott Ingram of Batesville, MS; her daughter, Sterlynn Ingram of Batesville, MS; her siblings, Tommy Coleman (Starre) of Batesville, MS, Greg Coleman of Batesville, MS, Dexter Coleman (Amy) of Arlington, TN, and Kaye Sanders of Southaven, MS; her father who raised her, John Coleman of Batesville, MS; her God-daughter, Avarey Ford of Batesville, MS; her aunt, Pat Rarick of Oakland, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Carly Lambert, Lynzi Coleman, Jim Tom Coleman, Will Coleman, Mary Leigh Coleman, Paige Cox, Emily Montgomery, and Sarah Ruston.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Janie Coleman; and her father, Rick Jones.
