She was born on December 1, 1984 in Lafayette, Indiana to Ulis and Nancy Bernice (Pace) Brown.
She was married to Billy Joe Leming and he preceded her in death in 2002. Her second marriage was to Dustin Masters on August 4, 2019 in Lafayette.
Wendy worked as a waitress for several restaurants.
She attended House of Prayer.
Wendy enjoyed walking and being around children.
Surviving are her father, Ulis Brown of Lafayette; her mother, Nancy Brown of Lafayette; her husband, Dustin Masters of Lafayette; her children, Amy, Heather, and Kyle Leming; and her brothers, Paul and Steven Brown.
