Wendy Rochon Obituary
SWANTON - Wendy L. Rochon, age 56, passed away on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.
Wendy was born in St. Albans on March 7, 1968, to Larry and Linda (Demarinis) Rochon.
Wendy attended and graduated from MVU High School. Wendy enjoyed reading and crocheting. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Wendy loved going for Harley Rides, with no destination, Conway, NH was a favorite spot. Wendy had many jobs in her life, her most recent one was as a QC Inspector for Vermont Precision Tools for 17 years.
Wendy is survived by her significant other, Leon Kempton; son, Nathan Derosia and his wife Samantha; parents, Larry and Linda Rochon; grandchildren, Evan and Austin; sister, Lauren Belle; pet companions, Raven and Taz.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Wendy's memory can be made to The UVM Childrens Hospital, Children's Miracle Network . Wendy had a love for animals, donations in her memory can also be made to Franklin County Humane Society, 30 Sunset Meadows. Swanton, VT 05488.
Family and friends will be invited to Wendy's Life Celebration events to include visitation on Tuesday. May 21st, 2024 from 6-8:00PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024, at 11:00AM at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT 05488.
