Wendy A. Stapleton

Wendy A. Stapleton, 66, of Mishawaka passed away on Tuesday November 5, 2024, in La Paz.
Wendy was born in Grosse Point, MI on September 11, 1958, to the late Robert and Patricia (McKinney) Stapleton. Graduated from John Adams High School Class of 1976. Wendy worked for many years for WalMart as an associate.
Wendy had a drawing personality, everyone who knew her liked her and she was always there to help others. She loved shopping, going to the movies, taking road trips, and loved dogs.
Wendy never had children of her own but was essential in helping to raise many of her 9 nieces and nephews- a cherished part of her life.
Wendy will be deeply missed by her sisters; Bonnie (David) Sniadecki and Sandy (Tom) Berger of La Paz, sister in law Catherine Stapleton, as well as her nieces and nephews; Thomas Berger Jr, Jason (Jennifer) Berger and children Stone and Pearl, David Berger, Sarah (Mike) Bowser and son Asher, Joshua (Dhaisy) Sniadecki, Shea (Greg) Lee and son Leighton, Nicole Sniadecki and son Logan, Cami Stapleton and Holland Stapleton.
Wendy was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Robbi Viveros and Robert Stapleton Jr.
Services for Wendy will be held November 24 2024, 2 PM, at Heartland Church in Lakeville IN.
In lieu of flowers, plants are always welcome for the family as Wendy was never a flower fan. Memorial Contributions in her name may be made to the Center for Hospice; 501 Comfort Place Mishawaka, IN 46545 or to the Tunnels for Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd. State Island, NY 10306.
