Wesley Babb

Wesley Babb, age 63 of Lenoir City passed away September 15, 2022. Wes was a loving and devoted husband and father. He enjoyed a successful career as an engineer at the Y-12 Plant in Oak Ridge. Camping, watching football and supporting his children in their sports were some of his hobbies. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and his two dogs, Shadow and Maisie. Preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Nadine Babb. He is survived by his wife, Gail Hackett; children, Ryan Babb and Caitlin Babb; sister, Linda McKinley; brother, Jeff Babb; nephews, Brian and Blake McKinley, and niece, Cicely Babb. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, September 19th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 20th at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Farragut. Family and friends will gather at 12 noon on Tuesday at Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for graveside services and interment. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made toward diabetes research.
