Wesley (Wes) Philbrook, 75, of York, Maine died November 10, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He was born June 16, 1945,
raised in Kittery Point Maine and attended R. W.Traip Academy graduating in 1963.
Wes was a proud fireman for 30 years with the Kittery Point Fire Department. He loved his family, working his land and all animals, especially his hunting dogs. He had a quick wit with a dry sense of humor which will sorely be missed, as will his many stories. He worked as an auto mechanic for 30 years in Kittery Point and then 18 years at Eldredge Lumber in York.
Wes was predeceased by his parents, Betty (Bertha) Raynes Philbrook of Kittery Point and Lyford Philbrook of Vinal Haven, Maine. He is survived
by his wife of 29 years Abigail Grieg Philbrook their daughter Alyson Philbrook and daughters Lori Sills by, Kelly Philbrook, and Rhonda
Wentworth; brothers Stephen Philbrook, Thomas Philbrook, and sisters Donna McGee, Susan Ferguson, and Lisa Briest.
A private family burial will be held at a later date.
