Weston Hurst Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Nobles Funeral Home & Crematory on Mar. 5, 2026.
Weston Cole Hurst was born on February 27, 2026, at 11:11 a.m., a precious and deeply loved baby boy who brought overwhelming joy in his four short days here on earth. He passed peacefully on March 2, 2026.

Though his time with us was brief, Weston's life was filled with love from his very first breath. In his tiny hands and sweet face, he carried a light that will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved him. He will always be cherished, forever remembered, and deeply missed.

Weston was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, the late James E. Spell; Mary Helen Gibbs; Eugene Jones; Ira Lee Spell; Evelyn Spell; Randal Carter (step-grandfather); his great-grandmother, Carolyn Thomas; and his great-great-great-grandmother, Lillian Heintz of La Porte, Texas.

He is lovingly survived by his parents, Steven Hurst and Alexis Hand. He is also survived by his Maternal grandmother, Shelbie Carter; Maternal grandfather, John Hand (Pam); paternal grandfather, Steven Hurst; his grandmother, Vanessa Turner; and his Maternal great-grandmother, Maxine Carter and Juanita Spell

He leaves behind his uncles, Jonross Hand, William Spell (Christi), and Brian McCarrey, along with several cousins who will forever hold his memory close in their hearts.

Pallbearers will be William Spell, Jonross Hand, John Hand, and Steve Hurst.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 11 A.M., from the Strickland Room at Nobles Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour before the service. Reverend Ronnie Rentz will officiate. Interment will follow at Omega Cemetery.

Although Weston's time on earth was brief, the love he brought into the world will live on forever. He will always be our precious angel, watching over us until we meet again.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nobles Funeral Home.
