Wilbert C. "Will" Burich, age 95, of De Pere passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Edenbrook Nursing Facility in Green Bay.

Will was born March 12, 1930 in Reedsville WI, to the late Adolph and Anna (Radey) Burich. He was united in marriage to the former Delores Vogel on July 1, 1952 at St. Michael's Church in Whitelaw, WI.

He served the U S Army in the Korean Conflict as an infantryman, and had the honor of participating in the Old Glory Honor Flight. He was also chosen to return to Korea with the Honor Flight in 2020, however due to Covid, the trip was cancelled.

Will worked at Paper Converting Machine as a Machinist until retirement. He was a 50 year member of the Green Bay Elks Lodge 259, a member of the Green Bay Moose Lodge 801 and a longtime member of AmVets Post 11.

As a dedicated family, Will put his family first. He nurtured the boys' love of the outdoors, taught them to be proud and responsible citizens, and to be good Fathers.

He volunteered in many places throughout his life, but his favorite volunteer job was bartending at the Elks Lodge. He continued that love of mixing refreshments, with Kiddie Cocktails for his grandchildren whenever he could.

Survivors include his wife of 73 years: Delores Burich; children: Russ (Karen) Burich, Rick (Renee) Burich and Randy (Lisa) Burich; 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Also Surviving are Sisters-in-Laws LaVerne, Shirley, Rosalie, & Barbara Burich, and Viola Vogel; Brother-in-Law Jerome (Judy) Vogel.

Will was preceded in death by his parents Adolph & Anna Burich, brothers; Raymond, Leonard, Robert and James: in-laws; Joseph & Theodora Vogel, Irene (Lawrence) Fromholz, Angeline (Percy) Bump, Margaret (Norman) Manlick, Hilaria (Michael) Pankratz, Rober t(Louise) Vogel, Florence (Leland) Leighty, Joseph Vogel, Arthur (Dorothy) Vogel, Harold (Dorothy) Vogel, and James (Leona) Vogel.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025 at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Patrick Beno with entombment to take place at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:30a.m.

Dear Delores and Family,
Our deepest condolences in the passing of Will.

He was a gentleman and a scholar. He was so generous with his kindness when we first met him through trivia at the Elks lodge.

He will be missed but not forgotten.

Sincerely,
Maggie and Bob Fisher
