Wilbur Davis Obituary
Wilbur was born on March 21,1935 to the late Virgil and Dora (North) Davis in Chillicothe, Ohio.
He retired from Cissell Manufacturing as an assembly line worker. He served our country in the Army during the Korean War. Wilbur was a member of Praise, Grace and Worship Church. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother.
Preceded in death by his parents, first wife Edith (Branham) Davis, siblings Jackie Davis, Paul Davis, Orland Davis, Virgil Davis, Bob Davis, Margaret Newlan, Blanche Johnson, Murel Clemmons and Cathleen McCloskey.
Survived by his current wife Diana (Robbins) Davis, daughters Barbara Sue Hall, Vickie Lee Bain, Angela Adkins (Brett) and Kelly Williams (Ray); grandchildren Russell Hall, Jr. (Andrea), Andrea Schenck (JR), Sarah Fritts (Lionel Semien, Jr) Jacob Fritts (Tyler Morgan), Bretney Maupin, Landon Adkins (Danielle), Aleah Williams and Jailin Williams (Sydney); great grandchildren Abigail Creamer, Nevaeh Semien, Lionel Semien III, Bear Schenck, Genevieve Semien, Alexis Schenck, Hendrix Semien, Hadley Semien, Avrie Williams, Harper Maupin and Hollis Maupin.
Funeral service will be Thursday May 1, 2025 at 11:00am Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday April 30, 2025 from 12:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Veterans Affairs.
