Wilfred F. Valliant, III, 65, resident of Derry, NH, died on July 31, 2025, at the Monadnock Community Hospital, Peterborough, NH, after a sudden illness.
He was born on June 27, 1960, in Somerville, MA, a son of Jo-Ann (Braccini) Valliant and the late Wilfred F. Valliant, Jr.
Wilfred was raised and educated in Somerville, MA and worked for many years as a truck driver, lastly for Local 25.
He enjoyed time spent hunting, fishing, enjoying cars and most importantly time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Jennie Digangi.
Survivors include his mother, Jo-Ann Valliant of Derry, NH, his three sons and daughters-in-law, Philip and his wife Tisha Valliant of Lyndeborough, NH, Scott and his wife Amanda Valliant of Derry, NH, Edward and his wife Kimberley Valliant of Hawaii, his five grandchildren, Philip Jr, Corey, Hazel, Makayla, Thomas and his three siblings, Joseph and Mark Valliant and Julie Mello.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the South Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Lyndeborough, NH.
