Wilfredo Montalvo

Wilfredo Montalvo, age 63, passed away at his home in Tomah, Wisconsin, on December 3, 2025. Born on June 7, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, to Dionisio and Hermina Montalvo.
Wilfredo found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed fishing in Des Plaines, IL and Lake Tomah and listening to country music. Those who knew him will remember him as a man of immense love and kindness. He loved his family more than anything. He had a smile and laughter that will truly be missed, but not forgotten.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa, children, Christine (Anthony) Navarro and Jennifer (Curtis) Wilhite, 7 grandchildren, Hazel Navarro, Emily Wilhite, Matthew Wilhite, Alex Wilhite, Natalie Navarro, Brianna Navarro and Harmony Navarro, 3 great grandchildren, Jaymes Johnson, Conner Gerke and Thalia Gerke, siblings, Luis (Mirna) Montalvo, Gladys Montalvo and Theresa Rodriguez, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dionisio and Hermina, and brothers, Dionisio, Richard and Reinoldo.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah.
