William Barrick

William "Billy" Leslie Barrick, 89, of Glasgow passed away peacefully at his home on August 15, 2023. Billy was born on December 18, 1933 to the late William Cecil Barrick and the late Vada (Renfro) Barrick. William was a faithful member and deacon of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Glasgow, Kentucky. Billy worked as a farmer and prior to that served his community for 17 years at College Street Service Station.
He is survived by his wife, Willow Dean (Price) Barrick; his three daughters, Karen Foster (Mark), Wanda Duke (Brian), and Sandie Crabtree (Lynn); his four grandchildren, Randy Howard (Niecie), Jaren Howard (David McDonald), Lyndsey Brooks (Dustyn), and Lesley Duke; his three great grandchildren, Rayli Sowers (Justin), Tyler Howard, and Abbygail Brooks; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Maggard.
The funeral service will be Saturday, August 19th, 1:00 PM at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, August 18th, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
