William was born November 1, 1932 in San Antonio, Texas and passed away June 17, 2023 in Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Luris Baskin; parents, William Posy Baskin and Hattie (Heskew) Baskin; and sister, Lillian Harrison.
He is survived by his son, William "Bill" Kent Baskin, Jr. and wife Denise of Crosbyton, Texas; daughter, D. Elaine Linton of Livingston, Texas; son Daniel Allen Baskin and wife Becky of Hutto, Texas; and daughter, Elizabeth "Lisa" Powers and husband George of Azle, Texas; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other loved ones and friends.
