I would first like to pay my deepest respects to Bill´s family and offer my sincere condolences. Bill was my accountant for about ten years, but he became so much more than that. From the very beginning, he believed in us and helped guide us as we started our restaurant business in Pennsylvania, but what I will always remember is that no matter where he lived, he never stopped taking care of us.
When we eventually moved to Florida, Bill continued to support us as if nothing had changed. Even though we were no longer face to face, we spoke often on the phone, and I will truly miss hearing his voice.
Bill was such a positive light. Every time he came into the deli, he brought warmth, kindness, and a smile. He had an incredible personality and loved to talk about anything. He did all of our taxes, multiple businesses in multiple states, gave thoughtful advice, and even took over my balance sheet - something I was never good at. I know he probably chuckled (and maybe sighed) when he received my color-coded, highlighter-covered paperwork, but he always handled everything with patience, grace, and care.
Bill was a genuinely good man with a beautiful heart. I am so grateful to have known him. He made a lasting impact on our lives, and he will be deeply missed. I already miss him so much.

Steve, Rich and I are so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I always enjoyed chatting with him whenever he called to discuss my taxes. I always loved comparing the weather between PA and DE and he was happy to talk about it.
We discussed changes we were making at the farm and how our folks would feel if they were here.
We all appreciated how he continued to serve our needs, especially after moving to Delaware.
We especially appreciated his friendship. We admired, respected and loved him. He's greatly missed already.
May God bless and comfort you all.
