On April 14, 2007 he married Amy Besher (Robertson). She survives. Also surviving are four children: Joe (Audrey) Foster of Cape Girardeau, MO, Matt (Fallon )Foster of Qulin, MO, Leann Besher of Jonesboro, AR, and Ricky Besher of Fisk, MO; four grandchildren: Emberly Foster, Brynlee Foster, Delaney Foster, William Foster; four siblings: Amy (Jerry) Caldwell, Matt Leutert, Samantha (Taylor) Lowe, and Leevon (Kadee) Decourley; grandmother: Loretta Sullvivan; stepfather: Thomas (Connie) Decourley; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Josh was also preceded in death by his grandparents: Leona and Bill "Pa Bill" Besher.
There will be a gathering of family and friends at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Scott Wilkerson officiating.
