He is survived by sons, Don Betscher and Bill (Karen) Betscher; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone from Northtowne Senior Living and Altercare Newark North for all of the excellent care that was provided to William.
At William's request, no services will be held.
