EATON — Judith A. "Judi" Betscher, 81, of Eaton, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023, at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana.
She was born Sept, 22, 1942, in Richmond, Indiana to the late Joseph and Iris (Welsh) Jones. She retired from Butler County Human Services after 30 years of employment. She volunteered for the Once Around Shop in Eaton, for multiple years. She was a member of New Hope Church in New Hope. Recent hobbies included going through McDonald's drive-thru for iced coffees and donating to the Preble County Humane Society.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Betscher, who passed away in 2010.
She is survived by her son Joe (Jody) Betscher of Eaton; granddaughters Anna and Bella Betscher of Eaton; grandsons Brandon (Abigail) Roberts of Camden and Jeffrey (Lessly) Roberts of Dayton; great-granddaughter Kalaya Monebrake of Eaton; great-grandsons Preston and Cooper Johnson, Korbyn, Waylon, and Cohen Roberts all of Camden, and Gabe Roberts of Dayton; bonus grandson Adam Gray of Eaton; and her fur baby Clem.
Services were held Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 W. Main Street, Eaton, with Pastor Rodney Dunn officiating. Burial followed at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton.
