William Steve “Bill” Lundy, 76, of Mishawaka, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Center for Hospice Care, Raclin House. He was born November 11, 1948, in Seymour, Indiana, to the late Alexander and Margaret (Gore) Lundy.
Bill is survived by his children, Matt (Tara) Lundy and Michelle (Allen) Martinez; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Brianna Lundy, Anthony and Nate Torres, Cruz and Jersey Zuber, and Alex Martinez; and his sisters, Beverly Kindig and Peggy Ratz. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Molly Lundy, in June 2017.
Bill worked for many years as a truck driver and retired from R & L Carriers after a long career on the road. He enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, camping, and hunting. He lived a simple life, appreciated the little things, and especially loved hearing about his grandchildren’s sports.
There will be no formal services for Bill. Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service has been entrusted with his care.
