William "Bill" Franklin Pace, of Hawkins, 71, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Bill was born May 9, 1954 in Gladewater, TX to the late Earl William Pace and Billie Ruth (Marchman) Pace. Bill married Betty Ann Holder and they were married for 48 years until Bill's passing. Bill lived most of his life in Hawkins.
For most of his career, Bill worked in the oilfield, where he was an equipment operator. When not busy working in the oilfield, he liked to go hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed gardening and going on walks.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Betty Holder Pace; sons, Trey Pace, William Pace and Brent Pace; granddaughters, Kassie Pace and Mallory Pace and his great granddaughter, Kaylie Wharry, as well as his extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl Pace and Billie Ruth Pace; brother, Randy Pace and his sister, Sue.
Graveside services for Mr. Pace will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Liberty Cemetery in Hawkins, TX.
