William “Bill” Robert Breen Jr., age 66, of Lake Lure, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Bill was born on Monday, October 13, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri to LuWanda Dalton Breen of Quinton, Oklahoma, and the late William Robert Breen, Sr. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Bill’s Creek Baptist Church. Bill was an entrepreneur, a Real Estate Broker and Developer who owned and operated Lake Lure Real Estate for over eighteen years. Bill loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking and surveying land. He enjoyed politics and loved his country dearly. Bill’s patriotic spirit motivated him to become an avid news buff.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish fond memories include his beloved wife, Noelia Del Rio Breen; daughter, Hollynn Haley (Ian), of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Ezra Haley, Ellis Haley, and Emilia Haley; sisters, Linda Breen of Tulsa, Ok, Gail Beaderman of Moab, Utah, and Janet Gaume-Wakefield (Randy), of Oklahoma.

Memorial services will be held on a later date.
