William Charles Schepp
William “Bill” Schepp, 87, like the thief on the cross Bill went to paradise to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on April 3, 2025. Survived by his wife, Bev of 64 years. Bill was born in Milwaukee to his parents Charles and Lorene Schepp who have passed. Bill married Beverly Petersen whom he knew from confirmation class at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church where they were also married. They lived for thirty years in Sussex and was an active member of the Sled Bugs snowmobile club where he became the Snow Wizard. They retired to Phillips WI and later moved to West Bend and were members of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, which they loved. They have three children, Parice (Jeff) Wierzba, Pamela (Dave) Weber of Edmond, Oklahoma, and William (Karen) Schepp. Bill had two brothers, Thomas (Bette) Schepp and Steven Schepp who has passed, and a sister Lois Cichocki who has passed.
Bill is further survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Bill always loved jokes, even the ones on him. Bill always prayed that his relatives and friends would never fall away from the love of the Triune God and “Be faithful even unto death”.
Bill worked for Milprint Inc. and then retired from Wasco where his license plate read WNDOMN.
VISITATION: Bill’s family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at Pilgrim Lutheran Church (462 Meadowbrook Drive, West Bend, WI).
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Following visitation their will be a memorial service for Bill at 11:00 a.m. at Pilgrim Lutheran Church with Pastor Joseph Fisher and Pastor Christopher Raffa officiating the service. The burial will take place at Washington County Memorial Park.
MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Bill to Concordia College to help the seminary students. (https://www.csl.edu/give/)
